- All group tickets must be purchased in a single transaction with one payment. We cannot take separate payments.
- Additional tickets can be added to a group order at a later date at the group ticket price by contacting our box office.

Phone Reservations
Vagabond Players does not reserve seats without a ticket purchase. If you would like to buy tickets over the phone, call our box office at (410) 563-9135. If you call outside of our box office hours, you will be able to leave a message and our box office staff will return your call as soon as possible to assist you in purchasing tickets.
Hearing Assistance
Vagabond Players is now excited to offer listening assistive technology for our patrons. Limited Availability - if you wish to reserve a device, please contact our box office team at boxoffice@vagabondplayers.org with reservation name and performance information.
Ticket Exchange Policy
Vagabond Players ticket sales are final, but we offer free ticket exchanges under the following policy:
- Tickets must be available for the performance to which you wish to exchange.
- Tickets for one show may not be exchanged for a different show under any circumstances.
- If the ticket price for the performance to which you want to exchange is higher than your original performance’s price, your price will increase to the new ticket price.
- If a performance is canceled, we will waive all ticket up charges on exchanges.
- If a performance is canceled and you cannot attend a different performance, we will refund your ticket price upon your request.
- If you choose not to attend a performance that is held, but cannot attend a different performance, there is no refund.

Cancellations and No-Shows
All ticket sales are final. With respect to cancellations and no-shows:
- There are many reasons patrons can not attend a performance for which they have purchased tickets. Vagabond Players is not in a position to evaluate those reasons – we treat all cancellations the same.
- We urge patrons who know they will not be attending their performance to exchange their tickets for another performance of the same show. We are happy to handle exchanges, even at the last minute.
- We do not re-sell or give away No-Show tickets, even if there are empty seats in the Theatre, unless holders of those tickets have contacted us to cancel.
- Where ticket holders contact us to cancel their tickets, we will make those seats available for re-sale.
- There are absolutely no refunds for No-Shows.
